kenmore stove top

my stove top randomly increased power while I was cooking, and then began to beep and turned off in the middle of dinner , and then it wouldn't turn on. After 20 minutes it started to work again. Please contact me if any one else seems to have issues with this product. thank you Linda

Our buyers have indicated that all cooktops are 220 volt and 40 amps.
