Hello,
I definitely and desperately need advice...
What is HDMI, and what are ATSC and NTSC tuners for?

Does this product have: Component Video Output, Digital Audio Decoder, Digital Coaxial Output, Digital Optical Output or DTS Output?
I really need a product that can upgrade poor quality VHS tapes... at minimum make the audio even (between separate movies on the same tape).
Finally does the VCR record in 2 speeds (SP, and SLP) or 3 speeds? (SP, LP and EP/SLP)?

Does this combo record vhs to dvd?
If i put a vhs tape in the player and a blank dvd disc will it record off the vhs tape to the dvd disc?

Panasonic® DVD/VHS Combo Player/Recorder DMREZ48K can record off a vhs tape to a dvd disc, if the source DVD is none protected. Meaning that you couldn’t copy a movie DVD due to copy right and copy guard of the DVD itself.

The "super multi-format recording and playback" refers to the fact that it plays and records on many different disc types. NTSC only.

recording 'old style'

I'm wondering about your Panasonic DVD/VHS combo/player/recorder DMREZ 48K. Can I record from only 'country cable', in other words, by using only antennea? Also, is it able to record to dvd, as well as vhs while using this method? Furthermore, does it play and record both + and - dvd's and cd's?
